The Doctor’s Collection cuts a swath through some of the world’s most storied vineyards, vintages that elicit superlatives, and producers that have long reigned at the top of their classifications. Beginning with fine Champagne, then moving slowly through Bordeaux—63 lots of the top five Left Bank Chateaux alone—eventually dipping into Sauternes, then Burgundy; it comes to the new world, and finally, the collection ends with great focus on Port; wines and lots to linger over.
