R.F.D., 1933, edition of 145 plus proofs (McCarron, 106). Signed "Martin Lewis-" in pencil l.r., signed within the plate, identified on a label from Kennedy & Co., New York, affixed to the backing. Drypoint and sand ground on paper, plate size 9 7/8 x 11 3/4 in. (25.0 x 29.6 cm),framed.
Condition: Margins 1 3/8 inches or more, very subtly light-stained within mat opening.
N.B. According to McCarron, Kennedy & Co. purchased 135 impressions of this print from Lewis. The scene is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, and the name on the mailbox is a reference to Lewis's friend and fellow printmaker Armin Landeck.

The sheet measures 13 1/8 x 15 1/8 inches, and is hinged with Japan paper near the upper corners on verso. There are no other issues to report.
