Signed "A.C. Goodwin" l.l., signed "A.C. Goodwin" in pencil on the reverse, numbered "G35" and "31891-W" on the reverse.
Oil on pressed paperboard, 12 1/8 x 15 3/16 in. (30.8 x 38.5 cm),framed (in a liner).
Condition: Abrasion to sky in u.r. quadrant, small paint losses at l.r. edge, heavy surface grime.
Provenance: Estate of the artist; to a private collection; to the current owner.

The work is called "Night Beach" and is numbered "635" on an inventory card affixed to the back of the frame.
Framed dimensions are 14 1/2 x 17 3/4 x 7/8 in.
The work is covered in heavy surface grime, front and back. Abrasion in sky presents as a curving line measuring 1 inch overall. Small water stain to the reverse at the u.r. corner.
