Signed "L.W. Prentice" l.l. and also on the reverse.
Oil on canvas, 20 x 24 in. (50.7 x 60.8 cm),framed.
Condition: Scattered minor accretions and paint losses, areas of bloom (primarily within deep brown pigments),minor surface grime.
Estimate $20,000-30,000

The losses are few and are pinpoint-sized. The surface seems stable, and will clearly benefit from a cleaning. The frame (not period) measures 29 1/2 x 35 x 3 1/2 in.
