Provenance: Bertram and Ruth Malenka Collection, Belmont, Massachusetts; Milton Babcock Collection, Milton, Massachusetts, inventory number 276 present; found by Dr. G.E. Leontine at the Betatakin caves in the vicinity of Kayenta in Northern Arizona in the early 1900s.
