Scottish Brass Basket Hilt Sword, c. mid to late 19th century, pierced brass hilt with hearts and circles, shagreen grip, and replacement red felt basket liner, double-edged blade etched with faint floral and armorial designs, blade lg. 33 1/2, overall lg. 40 in.
Provenance: Rodney Hilton Brown Collection; The War Museum.
