Bird's Head Pommel Sword and Scabbard, c. 1820s, gilt-brass hilt with reverse "P" knuckle guard, carved bone grip, fire blue and gilt blade with foliate designs and panoply of arms, and a leather scabbard with brass fittings, blade lg. 30, overall lg. 35 in.

Some gilt remaining on the grip, about 60% fire blue and gilt remain on the blade. The scabbard is in good condition but has some light finish cracking.
