U.S. Model 1860 Light Cavalry Saber, c. 1865, brass hilt with leather-wrapped grip (wire missing),blade marked "AMES" on the ricasso and dated "1865," with a leather scabbard, blade lg. 34 1/2, overall lg. 41 in.
Provenance: The collection of Ron Tunison.

Wire is missing on the grip but the leather is intact, blade has some spotting but is in good condition.
