Description:

Three Yellow-glazed Staffordshire Red Transfer-printed Items, England, early 19th century, each with brownish-red enamel trim lines, a bulbous jug with depictions of farm girls, one side with figure carrying buckets of water, the reverse with figure carrying a chair and whisk broom, ht. 5 1/2; a helmet-shaped creamer with the Eel Fishers to one side, Tea Party to the reverse, impressed "F" and "2," possibly for Thos Fell, St. Peter's Pottery, Newcastle Upon Tyne, ht. 5 1/8; and a plate with molded palmette border and central depiction of villagers dancing, dia. 10 1/8 in.
Estimate $600-800

Bulbous jug: Small star hairline and another small hairline mid-body; enamel wear along top rim; slight staining to one side.
Creamer: Very slight and scattered wear to enamel trim.
Plate: Top half of rim professionally restored.
