Two Copies: Le Petit Berger, After Anton Romako (Austrian, 1832-1889) and Jeune Fille de la campagne Romaine, After Louis Joseph Bruls (German, 1803-1882)
Both titled, inscribed, and signed ".../peint par R. Marchetti/rue Babuino.../Rome" on the reverse.
Both oil on canvas, 18 1/4 x 14 1/4 in. (46.5 x 36.5 cm),in decorative carved frames.
Condition: Both with scattered small paint losses, craquelure, and surface grime; Fille with patch reinforcement to the reverse corresponding to a puncture with retouch to l.l. quadrant, pinhole punctures.
