Unmarked Light Mountain Transit, 19th century, 10-in. scope with fine focusing and level below, vertical protractor with inset silvered scale on one side and engraved "Diff. of Hypo. & Base" on the other with scale from 30-0-30, 2 1/2-in. silvered compass, and dual spirit levels, all on a rotating base over the silvered 360 degree silvered scale with lock-down and fine adjustment knobs, mounted to a four-screw adjustable base, ht. 10 1/2 in.
