Condition: Scattered accretions, surface grime.

The artist painted over a ground including tape (or similar). There are scattered lines of craquelure that align with the areas of tape (or perhaps paper) that lie beneath the paint. There are white spots scattered throughout that could be accretions, or elements of the ground. There are scattered abrasions.
