Estimate $15,000-20,000
Few scattered minor accretions. An area in the middle of the sky to the left of the hot air balloon where there are some dots of foreign matter, possibly mold, with what appears to be a partially cleaned surrounding area measuring about 2 x 4 inches at the maximum. The overall surface seems to have a layer of light grime which should be easily removed with a gentle professional cleaning. General condition is good.
The Masonite bears a stamp from "TREETEX" and there is an apparently unrelated clipping from Antiques Magazine from 1985 taped to the reverse.
Framed dimensions are 27 x 33 x 2 inches.
