Head of a girl
Signed "Zorach" along the lower back of the head.
Bronze with brown/gold patina, height 5 3/4 in. (14.5 cm),on a black metal plinth.
Condition: Areas of oxidation, small loss to the patina under the figure's chin, dust and dirt to interstices.

There are areas of dirt and rubs to the surface within the figure's hair. Before this sculpture was sold by Skinner in 2012, the work was examined via photographs by Jonathan Zorach, grandson of the artist, to confirm authenticity.
