Gallery label is likely from Cooling Galleries, which operated at 92 New Bond Street from 1911 until the mid 1970's.
Very minor areas of retouch as follows: a few small lines on the bodies of the two geese on the left, perhaps some minor broadly brushed retouch to the sky, some dots to the girl's feet, and a small indistinct area in the background just to the right of the girl's hat.
Frame measures 16 3/4 x 15 1/4 x 2 inches.
