Pastel and charcoal on silk presumably mounted to board, sight size 15 7/8 x 11 7/8 in. (40.3 x 30.2 cm),framed.
Condition: Fox-like accretions to l.r. quadrant, not examined out of frame.

The work has not been removed from its frame, but the fox-like marks may be mold. There is unobtrusive pigment displacement, and the silk (or similar?) is gently toned. There is a pentimento around the figure's head.
