Misunderstood. Signed and dated "SMILEY 8 6_96" l.l., signed "SMILEY" on the back of the frame, titled on an unattributed handwritten label affixed to the back of the frame. Pastel and charcoal on paper, 26 x 40 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Deckled edges, gentle rippling, floated in frame, not examined out of frame.
