Large Cloisonne Vase and Stand, Japan, Hayashi workshop, hexagonal baluster form with a bird and flower design against a black ground, the stand with six lobed feet, each decorated with a butterfly, silver rims, overall ht. 18 3/4, vase ht. 14 3/4 in.

Base of stand has possibly been repaired/covered with some green enamel-like material, minor spotty crack to shoulder, surface scratches to stand top, tarnishing to silver.
