Oil on canvas, the woman with ringlet curls, her finger pointing to her place in an open book, 30 x 24 in., in a molded gilt-gesso frame.
Condition: Relined, minor scattered inpainting to her chin and neck.

Provenance: The Collection of Enid and Alexander Fisher, Roxbury, Connecticut.
