Oil on canvas, 24 x 36 in., in a gilt-gesso frame.
Condition: Relined, scattered retouch in sky, water and sails, minor lifting mostly to lower right quadrant.

Provenance: The Collection of Robert Dowd, Esquire, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, sold at Richard A. Bourne, August 7, 1984, Lot 29.
