Two Stamp Art Pictures Featuring Flags, mid-20th century, overall 22 1/2 x 21 1/4 in.
Provenance: Found in a trunk in a New England attic in 2008. Though little is known about this artist, based on the nature and scope of his work, it has been assumed that he was a veteran of the armed forces, likely having served in World War II, and was a member of the Philatelic Society.
