Red-painted Pine Two-piece Step-back Cupboard or Buffet-Dresser, possibly Canada, early 19th century, the upper section with molded cornice above a shaped upper bracket, and three shelves with plate grooves, on a projecting lower section with work surface, three thumb-molded short drawers, and two paneled doors centering a paneled section, green paint removed to reveal earlier red, ht. 88, wd. 55, dp. 18 1/2 in.
