German Violin, Ascribed to Johann Karl Klotz, labeled Joan. Carol Kloz/Mittenwald Anno 1788, length of back 362 mm, with case and two bows stamped ALBERT NÜRNBERGER and VUILLAUME.

Certificate: Robert Portukalian, 1981, (copy only).
Estimate $1,000-1,500

Multiple top cracks including sound post. Minor rib cracks and buckled rib at lower block. Cracks to upper back.
