French Violin, Ascribed to Charles Claudot, branded internally LEMARQUIS, branded externally le Marquis delair/d'oiseaux anno, length of back 364 mm.

Certificate: Ames Anciennes, 2013.

Repaired bass side saddle and bass bar cracks (approximately 22cm), neck graft, repaired rib cracks, purfling starting to pop on back of lower bout, E-peg crack.
