Needlework Sampler "Abigail Bordman," possibly Massachusetts, c. 1765, stitched in silk on a linen background with six lines of alphabet and numbers above "ABIGAIL BORDMAN WAS/BORN SEPTEMBER 23 IN THE/YEAR 1750," with tree bird and animal decoration, framed, ht. 17, wd. 9 1/4 in.
Note: A note on the back of the frame indicates that the sampler was found in Worcester, Massachusetts.
