Audubon, John James (1785-1851) American Scoter Duck, Plate CCCCVIII. [from] The Birds of America; from Original Drawings, London: by the Author, 1827-1838. Hand-colored engraving with aquatint and etching, showing the male and female duck swimming together, with good color, with slight reverse mat toning, matted and framed, some offsetting from another print (the Dusky Albatross) in upper background, 38 x 27 in. overall, not examined out of frame.
