Wedgwood Encaustic Decorated Black Basalt Hydria Vase and Cover, England, 19th century, iron red, black, and white depiction of Herakles seated on his lion skin in the Garden of the Hesperides, palmette and Greek key borders, a fern to the backside, impressed mark, ht. 14 1/2 in.
