Description:

Limited Edition 18kt Gold Piaget Reference 15908 Triple Date Wristwatch, 163/250, white enamel lacquered dial with outer day-of-the-month track, applied gilt indices, day-of-the-week and month apertures, constant seconds and moon phase at 6, manual-wind 17-jewel movement marked on barrel-bridge "251564," train wheel bridge marked "Piaget/27P," dia. 33 mm.

Provenance: Collection of Bernhard W. Stoeber.

Note: The ebauche is made by Lemania and was used originally for the Omega caliber 381. After Lemania was sold, Piaget became involved and when 250 movements were found Piaget decided to produce a limited edition of 250 pieces. This was originally numbered 163/250. On request the case back was altered by Piaget in 1991 to accommodate the sapphire display-back crystal.
