Gurley Vernier Compass with Sighting Scope, Troy, New York, c. 1910, lacquered brass instrument with 7-in. silvered dial engraved as above with fleur-de-lis representing north, vernier scale, dual spirit levels, outkeeper, tapered sighting vanes, and an offset standard telescope, housed in its original mahogany fitted case with Seattle, Washington, label, plumb bob, and ball and socket joint.
