Two W. & L.E. Gurley Field Sketching Cases, c. 1910-18, U.S. Army sketching instrument designed by Glenn S. Smith, no. 150, mahogany and pine body with rotating aluminum calibrated central disc, paper roll and a compass, with original canvas case; and a Fiala Scout case, both marked with Gurley stamps.
