Description:

Daniel Burnap Cherry Tall Clock, Coventry, Connecticut, c. 1790, fret-top case with freestanding turned columns flanking the sheet-brass dial with moon phase in the arch, finely engraved seconds and date apertures, and reads "Burnap Coventry," full-length waist door, all resting on a simple shaped base, eight-day time and hour-strike movement with cutout plates, regulated by brass-faced pendulum and two tin-cased weights, ht. 84 in.

appears to be original seating board, moons phase paint original, original hands, one dial post replaced, fret replaced, case refinished, case bottom broken out, feet appear to be untouched.
