Carved and Painted Militia Soldier Whirligig, 19th century, the figure dressed in a blue tailcoat with brass tack buttons, red trousers with black boots, and a tall red hat, the arms with long red paddles, with custom stand, (old repairs, old painted surface over earlier surface), figure ht. 14 1/4 in.
