Four Embroidered Purses, China, 19th/20th century, kidney form, two cream and brown similarly embroidered with censers and precious objects, one dark and light blue embroidered with auspicious fruit, all in seed and couched stitch, and one in blue and lilac embroidered with fruit in couched gold thread, wd. to 4 1/2 in.
