Group of Captain Silas Wallace Items, c. late 19th century, a GAR medal and eleven images of Captain Wallace in camp and with his 1st New Hampshire Light Battery in action.
Note: Captain Wallace served in the 14th New Hampshire from 1862 until he was discharged at Savannah, Georgia, in July 1865. He later went on to be an officer and battery commander in the New Hampshire National Guard.
