Signed "Kuehne" l.l., titled and dated ".../Painted circa 1935" on a label from Comenos Fine Arts, Boston, affixed to the frame backing.
Watercolor on paper, sight size 15 1/4 x 19 1/4 in. (38.7 x 48.9 cm),framed.
Condition: Pale toning, scattered fox marks, pinholes near corners, not examined out of frame.

The toning and foxmarks are very minor. The sheet is gently rippled. Although it has not been removed from its frame thee are no other visible issues to report.
Frame was subsequently opened during preview. The sheet size is 15 1/2 x 19 5/8 inches. Sheet is heavy watercolor paper hinged to window mat in two places along the top edge of the reverse. Tack holes to corners along the vertical sides. Toning to the very edges of the sheet mainly along the right side. Brown paper tape remnants to l.l. and u.r. corners of the reverse. Numbered with probable inventory numbers in pencil in two corners of the reverse.
