Estate stamped l.l., identified and dated "...ca. 1900" on labels from Jeanne Frank, New York, The Westmoreland County Museum of Art, Greensburg, Pennsylvania (see below),and FAR Gallery, New York, on the reverse, stretcher, and frame, respectively.
Oil on canvas, 14 x 18 in. (35.5 x 45.7 cm),framed.
Condition: Minor surface grime.
Provenance: The estate of Richard Mellon Scaife, Pennsylvania. The proceeds from the sale of this lot will benefit a Pennsylvania art institution.
