Four George II Sterling Silver Candlesticks, London, each with engraved armorial or coat of arms to foot; a pair, 1751-52, by John Preist, bobeches with worn marks and monogram, ht. 8 3/8; the third 1751-52, with maker's mark "WH," bobeche unmarked, ht. 8; and the fourth 1746-47, by William Gould, bobeche unmarked, ht. 8 in., approx. 63.0 troy oz. total.
Surface wear to all sticks, with minor abrasions, pitting, a a few minor pinprick dents. One John Priest stick with slight wobble. Bobeches with some minor dents and abrasions.
