Northwest Coast Argillite Totem Pole, by Charles Edenshaw (c. 1839-1920), Haida, c. 1900, the central raven figure envelopes a man holding a salmon, above a bear like creature devours a seal, (very small chip on the raven's beak), ht. 5 1/4 in.
Provenance: Private collection, Ottawa.
Note: Steve Brown has confirmed the totem pole is by Edenshaw.
