Two Northern Plains Beaded Hide Paint Bags, Sioux, c. 1890s, the smaller with simple beaded designs on both sides with beaded handle and traces of red-ochre inside bag, the other with same beaded design on each side, quill-wrapped danglers and red pigment inside bag, lg. 4 and 6 1/2 in.
