Female Yoruba Ibeji Figure, standing on a circular base, with flattened feet, legs set apart with the arms detached from the body and hands on thighs, sloping shoulders beneath the oval face, with finely incised openwork coiffure, wearing strands of beads around the waist and neck, incised scarification on the torso, dark brown patina, ht. 9 1/2 in.
