Architectural Drawing for 24 West 40th Street, New York City, Designed by Buchman & Kahn Architects. Signed "Hugh Ferriss" l.r., identified on a label from the Thumb Tack Club of Detroit enclosed in a transparent envelope affixed to the frame backing. Charcoal on paper, sight size 27 x 14 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Possible toning, foxing, tear u.r., gentle rippling, not examined out of frame.
