Pond signed with the artist's monogram l.l. and titled and dated "...Ap 11-20" c.r., Cohasset signed with the artist's monogram u.l. and titled and dated "...S4-20" l.l., Avondale signed with the artist's monogram, titled, and dated "...May 30-17" u.l. Charcoal on paper, sizes to 4 5/8 x 6 5/8 in. Condition: Pond and Avondale with pinholes near u.r. corners, Cohasset with pinhole near l.r. corner, Cohasset and Pond with toning near edges and scattered minor creases, Avondale with foxing u.r., not examined out of frames.
