First authorized collected edition, octavo, one of 200 copies printed, untrimmed, in boards, somewhat worn, lacking the original paper spine, some toning to contents, ex libris a descendant of Major General Benjamin Lincoln of the same name (1816-1884), signature on title and following leaf, 7 x 4 3/4 in.
