Smith Ark. and Shreveport LA bound at the end (tears along folds, spotting), ex libris the Interstate Commerce Commission Library, with rubber stamps, stamped as a duplicate, bound in half leather, marbled boards (boards and spine detached), 8 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
