Five Painted Bamboo-turned Windsor Side Chairs, early 19th century, (imperfections), ht. to 35 1/2 in.
Estimate $150-250

red-painted bow-back is with splits and losses to the seat, green-painted bow-back with paint wear to the edges, one rod-back is with height loss and repair to back left foot, one is missing the top short spindle, and one is with a large gouge to one leg and repair to stretcher. Each of these chairs exhibits looseness to the frame.
