Inlaid Mahogany Tall Case Clock, Stephen Taber, New Bedford, Massachusetts, late 18th century, the pierced fret and brass finials on plinths above a molded tombstone hood and glazed door opening to a white-painted iron dial with moon's-age indicator in the arch, above the waist with quarter-fan inlaid molded door flanked by brass stop-fluted quarter columns, on similarly inlaid base and ogee bracket feet, refinished, ht. 93 in.
