Unsigned, an old lithograph affixed to the reverse.
Oil on panel, 21 x 16 in., in a giltwood frame.
Condition: Evidence of inpainting under a new varnish.

Provenance: Acquired from Stephen Score, Essex, Massachusetts, March 28, 1980.

Note: The attribution to Moulthrop comes based on the consignors' observance of similarities between this portrait and that of Moulthrop's portrait of Job Perit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
