British Pattern 1759 Light Dragoon Pistol, c. 1761, .68 caliber, walnut stock with a storekeepers stamp on the grip and marked behind the side plate "SS," brass fittings and trigger guard marked "D/52," lock marked "EDGE/1761" with a crown over "GR" and an ordnance stamp, steel barrel, with proof and ordnance marks and lightly marked on the top of the barrel "ns Lt Dra" for the "Queens Light Dragoons," and a wooden ramrod, barrel lg. 9, overall lg. 15 5/8 in.
