Cane Identified to Medal of Honor Recipient Brevet Major General William H. Powell, c. 1865, with a brass base and a gold ferrule under an ivory pommel marked "Gen. W. H. Powell 1865," with light inscription on the top of the pommel "Wheeling, VA," overall lg. 36 1/4 in.
