Southern-style Fowler with Voigt Lock, c. 1770s, .70 caliber, walnut stock with a grease hole on the right side of the butt, brass butt plate and steel trigger guard, lock marked "VOIGT" on the tail, unmarked British-style barrel, barrel lg. 43 1/2, overall lg. 60 in.

Stock is in rough condition and has splits and loss, lock is not original to the gun but looks to have been there for some time. The barrel tang is split at the screw hole and there is no ramrod.
